If the works are extensive the company will provide the same services as for a new course and put the works out to tender.

Alternatively the works may be of a relatively straightforward nature and the works undertaken "in house". The service can then be tailored to suit.

Simon Gidman acts as an expert witness on a variety of golf related subjects from safety issues on golf courses to analysis of specification and other planning related issues.

A detailed study of the course and a hole by hole assessment
Recommendations for improvement:-
Development of the principles established in the review often take up to ten years to be completed. Once agreement has been reached as to which proposals to implement the following services may be required:-
– a detailed land survey of each area to be redesigned
– preparation of detailed plans.
